Improve Performance, Reduce Injuries, and Improve Throwing Velocity.
To improve performance, we recommend performing a dynamic stretching program. Dynamic
stretching involves stretching with multi-directional movements to prepare the muscles for
practices and games to improve performance such as speed, jumping, and power.
To reduce injuries, we recommend following safe-pitching guidelines. These guidelines include:
• Pitch Count
• Rest
• Pitching Types
To improve throwing velocity, we recommend performing an arm-care program designed to
warm-up the throwing muscles to prepare the arm for throwing.
